Day 6

CW: 58.9 kg / 129.6 lbs  

HCG does not make my hunger go away AT ALL. My stomach is growling the whole time and I can hardly concentrate in school at all. I ate off protocol the past 2 days bc I had 2 important tests.

Day 4

CW: 59.2 kg / 130.2 lbs 

Lost a pound yesterday! :) But I´m still REALLY hungry and I´m kinda doubting that my hcg drops work … :/ sticking to the plan though … 

Intake:

Breakfast: Strawberries (30)

Lunch: 100g Pangasius (fish) (70)
 150g spinach       (20)
200g Apple  (110)

Dinner: 150g spinach (20)

100g Ham  (110)

1 Orange  (100)

adds up to 450, I really hope I´ll lose weight like that :?

Day 3 (first VLCD day)

CW: 59,7 kg / 131.1 lbs SW: (before loading): 59,4 kg

So I lost weight yesterday even though it was one of my loading days … this kinda worries me bc you´re supposed to gain during these 2 days.

it´s 5 pm and all I had today was lettuce with chicken (130) and half an apple (70) - I´ve been hungry the whole day -.-
I really hope that the hunger will go away during the next days because I´m not going to be able to do it 40 days like that.  

Well tonight I´m gonna have chicken again, probably with tomatoes, and another half apple. this only adds up to (400) but tomorrow Í´m definetly gonna eat (500). 


Anonymous asked: You do realize that the HCG is for people who are 25-30+ pounds *over-weight*?

I talked to some people who used it even though they were not overweight, it worked for them just as for overweight people.

               Coffee with Soymilk                       (50) 

Lunch: Potatoes, Veggies, Gravy (250)

  Vegetarian Burger (200)
  Ice cream (150)

Dinner:Bread w/ cheese (200)
  1/2 slice of fruit cake  (150)

about 1500 calories today. I know I should have probably eaten more but I´m just not used to it and I´m super full. :/

I´m done with loading. Tomorrow the real diet starts …
